Yes, we accept written purchase orders from established customers, schools, government agencies, and major corporations. If you would like to order using a purchase order, please call us at 800-222-0009 and we will modify your account to accept future purchase orders.

Are you a sole-source supplier?
Yes. We write, publish and distribute all of our own material. If you would like a letter certifying that we are a sole-source supplier, please click here to download a copy.

Can I get my logo printed on your book covers?
Yes. If you order 5,000 copies or more, we can custom print the front and rear, outside, book covers to create a custom look for your program. You could add your logo, a promotional message, artwork, a list of services, office locations, or perhaps a special message.

What is the cost to customize a book cover?
There’s no added charge for graphic design or printing. For more information, speak with Jamie at 800-222-0009.

Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes. Our books and pocket guides are printed on totally chlorine-free papers from sustainable woodlands certified to SFP standards. (Abitibe Bowater)

Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to military bases outside the U.S. via FPO/APO.

When will my order ship?
Orders received before 3:00 EST, Monday through Friday, usually leave our shipping dock that same day. All other orders leave the following business day.

How will my order ship?
We ship Federal Express 3-Day service everywhere in the United States. Overnight service is also available. Large orders are shipped commercial freight.
